Government Of Canada is planning to refuse thousands of Fedral Skilled Worker Applicants submitted their Immigration files prior to February 2008.

Forcing applicants to wait close to 10 years and then refusing the pending backlog of applicants is the greatest sham in the history of Canadian immigration policy. Hundreds of thousands applicants who were all promised that their files would be evaluated will now be refused.

قررت الحكومة الفدرالية الكندية رفض جميع طلبات الهجرة المقدمة قبل تاريخ فبراير 2008 . بعد عشرة سنوات من الانتظار يصل أصحاب تلك الطلبات خطابات رفض بالرغم من حصولهم على أرقام لملفاتهم ( الملف مقبول من قبل وزارة الهجرة الكندية ) . قررت مجموعة من كبار محاميين الهجرة فى كندا رفع دعوة باسم المتقدمين المتضررين من هذا القرار ضد وزارة الهجرة الكندية فى المحكمة الكندية الفدرالية لإلغاء هذا القرار والنظر فى الملفات. هذة المجموعة رفعت دعوة مماثلة فى 2005 و كسبت القضية و حصل مئات الالوف على فيزة الهجرة بعد تحريك ملفاتهم و بعضهم حصل على تعويضات.
